Commission Work
What do you charge for commission work?
- It depends on a few factors. I charge a base rate of $20/ hour for my labor. Sometimes it could be more if your piece requires expensive materials or framing. Each piece is individual. Talk to me about what you're looking for, and I'll come up with a quote.
What kinds of commission work do you do?
-I've made logos, designed t-shirts and tattoos, drawn stylized portraits of pets and favorite animals, created artists' book and painted furniture. The sky is somewhat limitless. I have a specialization in Irish medieval and Romanesque manuscript marginalia and scripts. When I get to use those skills is when my work turns out the best.
